I've repented and am a new man lol!
Hey hey everyone! Here’s a quick update of the day to day! Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve put something on here, I’ll be better! I want to make my mom and best friend happy! Soooo here I am, I’ve repented and am a new man lol!
Monday: P-Day was just an amazing day! It was so good to talk with family, loved one’s, and friends! This P-Day we decided to go exploring! We went to the Arlington Cemetery and it was amazing! That place is so beautiful! It is quite amazing the sacrifice people have made for us to live in a free country. Sometimes I take that for granted! After that we had dinner with a member and had some super yummy Chinese food! Great P-Day!
Tuesday: Tuesday is our big teaching day! We have lots of amazing people to meet with right now! We met with our friend Juan (who is Chinese but chose the name Juan haha). And the lesson with him went really good! We read Alma 32 with him and talked about faith and it went really really good! After that we met with our friends Suzie and Bill and that went really good, we talked about the Spirit of Christ and the Holy Ghost! It was awesome! Lastly we talked with Helen and Clark about the importance of the resurrection! It was a great day!
Wednesday: On Wednesday we had service at this place called Restore. But they didn’t really have anything for us to do. We just moved these windows and then talked about elementary school, I don’t know why. But it was enjoyable! We also had District Council which was good haha! Lastly, we met with Juan again and he is just kind of struggling with feeling like he’s enough! So make sure to say lots of prayers for him!
Thursday: We knocked on some doors today. That was pretty fun! Nothing incredibly special haha! But it was a good day overall!
Friday: Today was sweet! We were able to meet with one of our members, Sister Liu, and help her out. It was definitely God’s timing; right when we met with her, she needed the message we were sharing! It was a really cool moment and another reminder that God knows all of us so perfectly and individually!
Then that night we met with Helen and Clark and it was super fun! We played Commandments Bingo and it was super fun! We also studied some English and helped answer some of her questions! It was a great Friday!
Saturday: Saturday… was kind of a debacle lol! We had all of these great ideas and it all kind of went down the drain! We tried to prepare some things for the following week, and our little project turned into a nightmare! But we prepared so much that we will be ready for months in the future haha! So that was good! We also got to meet with one of our past friends Nelson (Yuan Pei).
Sunday: Sabbath! What what! Today was an awesome day at church! We had our Branch Conference today and it was amazing! The President of our Branch spoke and also our Stake President spoke! Both of them were amazing! Seriously, the talks were both incredible! Afterwards, for second hour we had an awesome lesson on answering gospel questions! It was also amazing!
The Book of Mormon is true! I know that all of our deepest gospel questions can be answered in the Book of Mormon!
